• Support the Event Manager in planning, organizing, and executing live nonprofit events and public campaigns

• Oversee event logistics , including site setup, vendor coordination, volunteer scheduling, and day-of management

• Lead and mentor event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

• Track and report event performance metrics , including attendance, engagement, and fundraising results

• Collaborate with internal marketing, outreach, and campaign teams to amplify event reach and impact

• Contribute ideas to improve future events and drive stronger community engagement

• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• Previous experience in event planning, promotions, or team leadership is a plus—but not required
