• The role is a part of the Cargo Performance Planning & Analysis team within Cargo Commercial group. The team provides data-driven insights that enable strategic decision-making across the entire Cargo division
• This role will support the Cargo Performance Planning & Analysis team’s reporting and analytics needs – building reports, maintaining dashboards, and helping automate workflows

What you'll do

• Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools to support decision-making across Cargo Division
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports that highlight key metrics and performance trends
• Identify patterns and generate insights from data to answer business questions and support commercial initiatives
• Improve team efficiency by automating manual workflows and streamlining data processes using SQL, Python, or Excel tools
• Document queries, processes, and data sources to ensure consistency and enable team knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on analytics projects and data tools

All you'll need for success

• Minimum Qualifications-Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information System, Applied Statistics, Data Mining, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field 
  • 3 years of related experience 
  • 1 year of experience with SQL/Python 

  Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience  

   

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information System, Applied Statistics, Data Mining, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field 
  • Expertise in one or more of the following: data science, and/or statistics; practical experience in data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and visualization 

   

  Skills, Licenses & Certifications  

   

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python and data visualization tools like Power Bi/Tableau
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working across teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and initiative to improve workflows, automate tasks, and learn new tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
