Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist

Fox Appliance Parts is seeking a qualified Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist in our Lake City, GA location. Responsibilities include accounts receivable and accounts payable support, customer service and related administrative duties. This candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude, sense of urgency and high energy level, along with dependability, honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Post customer payments.
• Communicate with customers to request and arrange payments.
• Set up and run credit reports for new accounts.
• Answer calls and assist customers with invoice and credit questions.
• Electronically deposit customer payments.
• Match vendor invoices with packing slips.
• Input paper invoices along with confirming accuracy of electronic invoices.
• Help reconcile discrepancies associated with cost and quantities received.
• Assist with the processing and issuing of customer credits.
• Other administrative duties and office functions.

Requirements:

• Experience in accounts receivable.  
• Experience in accounts payable
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 
• Maintain an organized and orderly work environment.
• Ability to be self-managed and self-motivated.
• Consistently meet deadlines .
